Zulaika Orozalieva, PhD

founder of a children’s group and expert guarantor of Montessori education

The greatest gifts we can give our children are the roots of Responsibility and the wings of Independence.  (Denis Waitler)

Zulaika was born and grew up in big family. Her parents were university professors. She grew up in a family with the Montessori spirit: the independence of the children, all the children did the housework, everyone had his/her own obligations about the house. The older children took care of the younger ones, and the younger children learned from the older ones. They did home theater, went to the cinema, park and etc.

Zulaika has a PhD economics, a bachelor of pre-school pedagogy, has a Montessori Diploma in education for 3-6 , participated in Montessori courses for 0-3 years, and constantly participates in various international Montessori conferences and seminars. Zulaika is a member of AMI (Amsterdam).

Her dad said that everyone should do something good for humanity. Being fully agree with Montessori that “ The child is both a hope and promise for mankind”,  she decided to give for children one of the best things  – Montessori pedagogy and to help child grow up happy, respecting himself and others, to become a brave and creative human.

Nathan Craig Priestley

teacher at Montessori Children’s center Wonderworld

A variety of methods allows the student to figure out what kind of learning suits them best.

Nathan is from England an loves teching the English language to students. The English language is becoming increasingly more useful to know in the modern world as it is spoken in many countries and international businesses. It seems to be the universal language and therefore he feels it’s important to immerse children with the English language as early as possible. Researchers have found that learning a new skill is much easier when you are young as you can absorb new things quicker than an adult does.

Nathan’s preferred approach of teaching that he likes to implement is activities and practical based as he feels that this is engaging and can be fun, which therefore allows the students to learn while enjoying themselves. However, he feels that it is beneficial to use different methods of teaching with students as everyone learns in different ways, for example: visual, auditory and kinesthetic. A variety of methods allows the student to figure out what kind of learning suits them best.
